Bir I.S. Grewall

President / Founder

Inter-Faith Charities International Inc.

“Consider all human race as ONE.” — Guru Nanak

Inter-Faith Charities International Inc. (IFCII) is a Federal 501(C)3 Tax-Exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian services across all faiths, borders, cultures and backgrounds.

Its founder Bir I.S. Grewall is a Sikh American with an educational background that started in Christian convent schools in India, IFCII embodies a vision of unity, compassion and selfless service.

Mr. Grewall's upbringing, influenced by his (prominent Police Chief) father's emphasis on helping and uplifting others, and his diverse education instilled in him a profound belief in the ONENESS of humanity and the commonality of the divine.

Observing that various faiths acknowledge "Only ONE God" and "Only ONE LORD Father", he questions the basis for division in society and promotes the idea of all people being interconnected as ONE large family of the ONE LORD Father.

IFCII's core belief is that despite different customs, practices and faiths all humanity is part of the ONE Almighty Lord's family, and it is essential for us to come together, respecting diverse beliefs and cultures, for the common good of ALL.

This philosophy is inspired by Guru Nanak's teaching, "Consider all human race as ONE". The organization's mission is to transform negative energy into positive action and unite people to uplift the less fortunate and strive to create a better world for all.

Mr. Grewall's lifelong commitment to "SEWA" (selfless service) predates IFCII's formal establishment, with numerous feeding missions and humanitarian responses funded personally.

This dedication was globally recognized during the COVID-19 pandemic when our community initiated FREE "Langar" meals, which rapidly grew into a widespread global movement serving millions of free meals daily.

Building upon this experience, Inter-Faith Charities International focuses on three key projects:

DISASTER RELIEF: Providing rapid delivery of food and essential supplies to disaster-stricken areas, leveraging their expertise in preparing and distributing meals efficiently.

SHELTER, COUNSELLING FOR ABUSED WOMEN & CHILDREN: Committed to the well-being of future generations, IFCII aims to provide safe, stress-free environments for abused women and children. Recognizing the link between trauma and crime, they believe that fostering healthy childhoods is crucial for a happy, healthy, and crime-free society.

"Mobile Feeding Units": Deploying mobile units to disaster sites for quick response. And during non-disaster times, serving FREE food to needy college and university students at their campuses.

This Free college & university student feeding initiative aims to be an example to change the current ME, ME, ME, ME culture to GIVING and SELFLESS SERVICE for others.

These current students will be our next generation of CEOs, politicians, influencers and changemakers.

This and other initiatives are examples!

This is HOW we intend to change our future generation’s attitudes to Giving and Selfless Service – thus making our world a better place!

“If the Lord Father is the SAME, then we are all brothers, sisters, uncles, and aunts — Then WHY the hate?”

Join us as we turn that vision into reality.

Our Story

Inter-Faith Charities International Inc. (IFCII), a division of: Global Inter-Faith Charities Group Inc., is a Federal 501(C)3 Nonprofit organization, and all contributions are Tax-deductible.

Our Inter-Faith Charity invites individuals, businesses and communities of all faiths – Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, and others to join our mission of breaking bread and building unity through compassion, love and selfless service. Our ultimate goal is to foster a happy, healthy, productive, and compassionate interfaith global society.
Inter-Faith Charities International (IFCII) was founded with a singular mission  to serve humanity without boundaries.

Built on the traditions of SEWA (selfless service) from Sikhism’s LANGAR, and echoed by charitable practices across world faiths, our work transcends barriers of religion, race, and nationality.

Inter-Faith Charities officially incorporated in 2023 as a division of Global Inter-Faith Charities Group Inc., a registered Federal 501(C)3 Tax-Exempt nonprofit, our roots stretch deeper into years of grassroots efforts — providing millions of meals during the COVID-19 pandemic by our community. It all started with a few Langar meals on the day of pandemic declaration, then this Langar (Free Food) kept mushrooming fast global level, where millions of meals were served till COVID officially ended.

Today, we continue to expand our vision thru Inter-Faith Charities International: responding to disasters, sheltering vulnerable women and children, and ending hunger through compassion-driven action.
